ORIGIN - series

For Paul W. S. Anderson’s series Origin, the entire story takes place inside a spaceship drifting off course. A setting with no existing references, no furniture to source, and no ready-made textures to borrow. Everything had to be invented. In the art department, I worked on high-fidelity 3D renders of the ship’s interior, shaping corridors, control rooms, and transitional spaces that felt both functional and otherworldly. These digital environments weren’t just visualisations; they were construction roadmaps. Every panel, hatch, and structural rhythm was later deconstructed into CNC-cut files, assembled in the workshop, and hand-finished to resemble brushed aluminium and aerospace composites.
